1. By using this site and entering the Promotion, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following official guidelines and contest rules. Please review the Rules carefully. If you do not agree to the Rules in their entirety, you are not permitted to enter the Promotion. If you are dissatisfied with this Site, its content or the Terms and Conditions, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Site and to cancel your participation in the Program. Please review our privacy policy to understand the way we collect and use your personal information.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE ODDS OF WINNING.

3. ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, living in the United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age. The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico and Rhode Island, and in any other jurisdiction where the Promotion is prohibited or otherwise restricted by law, rule or regulation. Employees, officers and directors of the Company, its legal representatives, and its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, immediate families (and those living in the same households) are not eligible to enter the Promotion. 4. HOW TO ENTER. Contestants may enter the Promotion by visiting our promotion Website and completing the online registration form and choosing their preferred choice of gift item as First prize, Second Prize and Third Prize. Each contestant must include his or her her correct and verifiable name, postal address, phone number, date of birth and e-mail address, in the registration form fields. All entries must be received by on or before midnight Eastern Standard Time on July 31, 2008 in order to be eligible for the March 1, 2009 drawing. Only one entry per contestant will be eligible for the drawing. Entries will be accepted every day, including legal holidays. By registering for the Promotion, contestants also agree to accept e-mail messages from Radical Network™, Inc, the Promotion Websites and their respective advertising affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Advertisers"). See Section 8 hereinbelow for detailed information concerning the Promotion Website Privacy Policies.

5. HOW TO WIN. On March 1st, 2009, three(3) winners will be randomly selected from among the list of e-mail addresses in the Promotion Database for the First prize, Second prize and the Third prize respectively . The Promotion Database is defined as the current list of contestants who registered at this Promotional Website during the one (1) year prior to the drawing. Only one winner per household. Winner will be notified via e-mail within two (2) weeks after the winner is chosen (contestants should ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date). Winner will be subject to eligibility verification. Winner will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days following attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in forfeiture of the applicable prize. Winners will be required to provide picture proof of identification, which may include a driver's license, passport, voting card or similar government issued identification. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in forfeiture. In no case shall the Company be liable in any manner where a winner has not received notification sent from the Company or where the Company fails to receive a response from the winner within the required response period. See Section 5 hereinbelow for a detailed prize description.

6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. First Prize: a gift card of your choice selected from the list valued at $1,500, or a lump-sum payment of $1,500, payable by check. Second Prize: a gift card of your choice selected from the list valued at $500, or a lump-sum payment of $500, payable by check. Third Prize: a gift of your choice selected from the list.

7. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning any depend on the number of registrants in the Promotion Database, as defined in Section 5 hereinabove, at the close of the applicable entry period.

8. LIMITED TIME ONLY. The Contest period begins Jan 28th, 2008 and ends July 31, 2008 All entries must be received by on or before midnight Eastern Standard Time on July 31, 2008.

11. TAX INFORMATION. Federal, state and local taxes, and all similar fees and assessments, are the responsibility of the winner. Radical Network, Inc reserves the right to withhold taxes from each winning prize, as appropriate.

12. NO SUBSTITUTION OF WINNERS. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be accommodated or permitted, other than in Radical Network, Inc's sole discretion.

13. PUBLICATION. Contest entry constitutes permission for Radical Network™, Inc and Promotion Websites to use contestantsˇ¦ names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, excluding residents of the State of Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law.

14. RELEASE. By entering the Contest, each contestant agrees to release and hold harmless Radical Network™, Inc, each of its legal representatives, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from, or in connection with, the Promotion including, but not limited to, liability arising from copyright infringement, improper use of likeness, personal injury, death, damages or monetary loss. Restrictions, conditions and limitations apply. By entering, each contestant further agrees that, in the event that there is any conflict or other inconsistency between the Rules and any advertisements, promotional or marketing materials, e-mails or announcements relevant to the Promotion, these Rules will govern. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York (without regard to conflict of law principles). Should a dispute arise concerning the Promotion, the parties agree to submit their dispute for resolution in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York. Should any part of these Rules be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that a Promotion Websiteˇ¦s Privacy Policy and/or Terms and Conditions are in conflict or inconsistent with these Rules as they pertain to the Promotion, these Rules shall take precedence.

15. DISQUALIFICATION. Radical Network™, Inc, each of its legal representatives, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or technical failure, lost online entries, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above reasons, Radical Network, Inc reserves the right to terminate contestantˇ¦s eligibility to participate in the Promotion. In the event that any portion of the Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Radical Network™, Inc, which, in the sole opinion of Radical Network™, Inc, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper determination of the Promotion, Radical Network™, Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion or any part of the Promotion, or any combination of the above. Radical Network™, Inc each of its legal representatives, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents are not responsible for any problem with entries generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure, whatever the cause. Radical Network™, Inc's sole responsibility for any irregular entry is replacement with another entry in a subsequent weekly drawing. If a potential winning entry is made by Internet or other computer entry, that potential winner may be required to provide Radical Network™, Inc with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address associated with the potential winning entry. WebTV users may experience technical problems that may prevent them from registering and/or entering the Promotion. As such, Radical Network™, Inc hereby further disclaims any responsibility for incomplete WebTV registrations and/or entries.

16. LEGAL WARNING. Any attempt by any individual, whether or not a contestant, to damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize the Promotion Websites, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Promotion, is a violation of criminal and civil law and Radical Network™, Inc will diligently pursue any and all remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by law and in equity.

17. LIMIT: Each participant may enter one (1) time per successful survey completion during the Promotion Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and the applicable Promoter and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
